IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free across India on select products. However, certain items may carry a shipping fee depending on their size, category, or promotional status.
For international orders, shipping fees will apply based on the product type, weight, and destination.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are dispatched directly from one of our multiple warehouses located across India. We strive to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Please allow 3–8 business days for delivery within India, depending on your location and product availability.

For international shipping, delivery may take an estimated 4–6 weeks, depending on customs processing and local courier services. Please note these are approximate timelines and may vary during high-demand periods.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Absolutely! You will receive an AWB (tracking) number within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
You can track your order on our Tracking Page using the AWB number.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
For multi-item orders, items may be shipped from different warehouses to optimize delivery time.
In some cases, if an item is temporarily back-ordered, it may be shipped separately to avoid delays in your overall order. Rest assured, you will receive all your items.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN TRANSIT?
All orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling.
If your package gets delayed, stuck in customs, returned, or lost in transit, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Because your order is insured, we’ll resend the item(s) with expedited shipping and full tracking wherever possible.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES?
Prices displayed on our website are tax-free (in USD for international orders), which means you may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
